Role : Private Credit Portfolio Administration Analyst

Overview

Support the administration and maintenance of private credit investments across the loan lifecycle, including onboarding, amendments, restructurings, portfolio maintenance, and data management while ensuring compliance with internal controls and SLAs.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of Private Credit / Loan Administration
- Experience with Syndicated Loans and Direct Lending
- Understanding of Loan Lifecycle Management
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- 2-15 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on exposure to platforms such as SimCorp, WSO, Geneva, Investran, or similar systems

Overview

Support private credit fund accounting operations, including valuation, NAV calculation, cash and position reconciliations, financial reporting, and quarter/year-end activities to ensure accurate portfolio accounting and investor reporting.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of Private Credit Fund Accounting
- Experience with NAV calculations and valuation of illiquid investments
- Strong understanding of cash and position reconciliations
- Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- 2-15 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to platforms such as SimCorp, WSO, Geneva, Investran, or similar systems.
