Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- A master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Certificate of competency by Maha-RERA is added an advantage
- Minimum 2 to 4 yrs of experience in real estate
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in the region.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, specifically targeting South Mumbai.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities,
and potential client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Coordination with clients and developer’s management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
- Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Administrative and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires frequent travel within South Mumbai.
