Position - Executive Credit Control Location- Kandivali East Looking for an Executive level position with accounting background who will manage company s accounts receivable ensuring timely customer payments to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debt Key responsibilities include chasing overdue payments via phone email reconciling accounts processing credit notes reviewing credit limits and preparing aging reports They require strong communication negotiation and MS Excel skills Key Responsibilities and Duties Collections Debt Management Proactively chasing overdue invoices via email and telephone to secure payments Account Reconciliation Reconciling customer accounts resolving billing disputes and processing payments cheques bank transfers credit notes Credit Analysis Evaluating the creditworthiness of new customers and setting appropriate credit limits Reporting Preparing updating and analyzing and presenting weekly monthly aging reports debtor days and payment activity to management System Maintenance Updating and maintaining accurate customer files in ERP systems e g SAP Internal Liaison Working with sales and finance departments to resolve queries and improve collection processes Required Skills and Qualifications Experience Generally 1-3 years of experience in credit control accounts receivable or accounts -finance related role Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel and experience with accounting software SAP knowledge preferred but not a must Soft Skills Strong communication verbal and written negotiation analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets Education A Bachelor s degree in accounts or a related field is typically preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
