About Company - Raviraj Realty is the name of trust and affection that has been continuously operating in the Real Estate Industry for the past 30 years Raviraj Realty is Pune s renowned residential commercial and infrastructure developer The company has gained a great reputation in a very short time due to its approach of thinking from the customer s point of view and working to make their dreams come true Responsibilities - Work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to visualize and develop creative graphic designs that meet business goals Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations express ideas accurately and represent the company or client appropriately Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines stay within budget and schedule project implementation based on workload which may include five or more simultaneous projects Update and maintain internal databases for designs photography video design project bills Coordinate with multiple agencies or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages presentations design collateral hoarding internal communications newsletters and marketing materials Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity Maintain documentation of different vendors appointed for different design collaterals Coordinated with every site sales team to understand their requirements coordinate with management to fulfill all requirements All design bills need to be documented well maintained Should be able to render architectural drawings as well to present as presentation drawings Required Candidate Profile - Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills 1-2 years of experience academic and professional with design software including Illustrator CorelDRAW and Photoshop Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desire to continue building skill set with education and training Preferred skills and qualifications Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software Experience- 2-3 years Education- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in graphic design art Company Type- Real Estate Location- Sangamwadi Pune Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 624 05 per month Work Location In person
