The position will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 data analysts delivering descriptive and diagnostic analyses across product lines and functions A big part of the role is the timely and accurate production of insights and automation of recurring requests in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders Provide insights perform trend and variance analyses across the product suite and across functions acquisitions cross-sell customer service and collections Assist stakeholders in performing data pulls basic data manipulations to derive operational insights Identify key reporting or MIS gaps recurring requests from stakeholders and work with the Tableau team to dashboard them Export product-specific and function-specific requests to other products and functions as required Act as the bridge between the business teams and the D and A modelling teams -provide timely inputs insights to improve the sharpness of ML models as well asas model usage Manage a team of data analysts and meet stakeholders requirements for MIS reports variance analyses and other adhocs in a timely and accurate manner
