M s BridgeLoyalty CEM LLPAbout us Act as the bridge between strategy and execution Job Requirements Position Sales Coordinator Department Mystery Shopping Customer Experience CTC Right salary will be offered to the right candidatePreferred Candidate Male FemaleJob Location Malad Role overview The Sales Coordinator will support the Business Development and Operations teams in managing client communication preparing proposals coordinating project deliverables and ensuring smooth execution of mystery shopping assignments Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Coordination Assist in preparing proposals quotations and presentations for mystery audit services Follow up with clients for approvals documentation and clarifications Coordinate meeting schedules calls and client follow-ups Maintain updated sales trackers dashboards and CRM entries 2 Client Communication Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding queries report status and project updates Share audit reports and ensure timely delivery of client requirements Obtain feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams 3 Project Coordination Work with Operations QA and Auditor teams to ensure project timelines are met Track the progress of ongoing mystery audits and update the BD team Support in preparing project briefs checklists and documentation 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain client files agreements and data in an organized manner Prepare weekly monthly sales and project reports Update revenue trackers current leads and ongoing project statuses Key Skills Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts Detail-oriented organized and proactive Experience in mystery shopping audits market research or customer experience preferred Ability to work closely with BD and operations teams Qualifications Graduate in any field MBA preferred 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or client servicing Prior experience in CX Mystery Shopping industry is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 350 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Malad Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Do you have experience as a Sales coordinator Do you have PPT making knowledge Do you have experience in EXCEL Experience CRM software 1 year Preferred Location Malad Mumbai Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
