Key Responsibilities1 Tool Design Development Design new tools jigs fixtures gauges and molds based on production requirements Create or modify CAD drawings for tool development Select appropriate materials dimensions and tolerances 2 Tool Manufacturing Assembly Operate toolroom machines such as CNC lathe milling surface grinder EDM etc Fabricate assemble and test tools and dies Ensure tools meet dimensional accuracy and functional requirements 3 Tool Maintenance Repair Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and dies Troubleshoot tool breakdowns and take corrective actions quickly Maintain documentation of tool life service records and maintenance schedules 4 Production Support Provide technical support to the production team during tool installation and setup Improve tool performance to reduce cycle time and enhance product quality Ensure minimal downtime by quick rectification of tool issues 5 Quality Compliance Inspect tools using measuring instruments Vernier micrometer CMM height gauge etc Follow safety quality and ISO standards Ensure all tools meet required industry specifications Job Type Full time Pay 35 421 76 - 40 377 12 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
