Location Everyday Bakes Thrissur Kerala Job Type Full-Time Experience Required 1-3 years preferred Salary Based on experience and skill level About Us Everyday Bakes is a locally loved bakery in Thrissur known for its fresh high-quality baked goods made with care and consistency We specialize in breads pastries cakes and traditional Kerala bakes We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team and grow with us Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries cookies and cakes according to recipes and standards Measure and mix ingredients accurately using traditional and commercial baking equipment Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure consistent quality Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods as needed Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly Assist in developing current recipes and seasonal specials Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products are always available Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house to meet customer demands Requirements Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends Strong attention to detail and consistency Passion for baking and creativity in presentation Team player with good communication skills Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
