Job description Job Summary Solto Innovations and Aviation Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial activities The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records perform reconciliations support payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance related to GST TDS PF and ESI This role involves assisting in preparing financial reports coordinating with vendors customers and supporting internal external audits while maintaining proper documentation and meeting deadlines Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journals ledgers invoices receipts and vouchers Perform reconciliation of bank accounts vendor accounts and customer accounts Process payroll including salary calculations deductions PF ESI and TDS Prepare and file GST TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance Support in preparing monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements MIS reports Assist internal external auditors by sharing necessary financial documents Monitor department budgets track expenses and report variances Manage vendor payments follow-ups and customer coordination Maintain proper documentation and organized filing as per company policy Support management in financial planning and reporting activities Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarification Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling financial information Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce B Com M Com 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Finance roles Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel Basic understanding of GST TDS PF ESI and other compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills written and verbal Attention to detail accuracy and time management Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work under deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Ability to commute relocate Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Account management 1 year Required Work Location In person
