Key Responsibilities Develop and present design concepts mood boards and layouts for residential commercial or retail projects Create 2D drawings 3D renders and detailed working drawings for execution Select materials finishes colors furniture lighting and decor items in line with project themes and budgets Prepare presentations and client proposals showcasing design intent and material selections Coordinate with clients architects vendors contractors and site teams to ensure timely project execution Conduct site visits to review progress ensure quality control and resolve design-related issues Prepare and manage BOQs quotations and cost estimates Stay updated on industry trends materials and innovations to enhance design output Requirements Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field 2-5 years of professional experience in interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Photoshop and MS Office Strong sense of aesthetics space planning and detailing Excellent communication presentation and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
