operating and maintaining analytical instruments like GPC FTIR GC MS DSC UV-Vis-NIR and TGA Hands on experience to handle critical physical equipment like VDA NSS Humidity Chambers QUV resistance chambers Hot steam clean test Stonechip resistance Cupping and flexibility testers and Weatherometer etc Data analysis Interpreting test results identifying chemical compounds and evaluating experimental success Documentation and reporting Recording findings Calibration Certificates writing reports and contributing to research papers Quality and compliance Adhering to health and safety protocols Problem-solving Investigating issues such as Raw materials contaminations impurities in paint and its cured film properties variations etc using analytical techniques to find solutions Ensuring Calibrations done on time for all listed equipment s within its due date In addition to that Candidature should be able to perform in Global Product development Global Product Maintenance
