Area Sales Manager ASM - Aptos Location Hyderabad Mumbai 1 Each Department Sales Marketing Reporting to Regional Sales Manager Budget 10-12 LPA Job Summary The Area Sales Manager ASM will be responsible for driving sales expanding market presence and building strong relationships with dermatologists plastic surgeons and aesthetic clinics for Aptos products The role focuses on achieving revenue targets distributor management and brand growth within the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets for Aptos products Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies and action plans Build and maintain robust relationships with dermatologists plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians Appoint manage and motivate distributors and channel partners within the territory Conduct product demonstrations trainings and CMEs workshops in coordination with marketing teams Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback Ensure proper product positioning and brand visibility in clinics and hospitals Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance reviews on a regular basis Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and regulatory guidelines Key Skills Competencies Strong sales negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Good understanding of the aesthetics medical devices market Ability to manage distributors and multiple stakeholders Result-oriented with strong planning and execution skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Science Pharmacy Biotechnology or related field MBA in Sales Marketing preferred Experience 4-8 years of sales experience in aesthetic devices dermatology cosmetic pharma or medical devices Prior experience handling a territory independently as ASM or Sr Sales role is preferred Preferred Background Experience in aesthetics threads injectables lasers dermatology products Existing network of dermatologists and plastic surgeons will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
