We are hiring an experienced Senior Steward to supervise stewarding operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness hygiene and service support across all food and beverage areas Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the stewarding team Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards Manage dishwashing sanitation and waste disposal Support kitchen and service operations during peak hours Train staff on safety and hygiene procedures Maintain cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues Requirements 2-3 years of experience in stewarding or a supervisory role Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards Good leadership and communication skills Ability to work versatile shifts Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
