Job Summary The Production Trainee will support manufacturing activities related to lithium-ion battery production The role involves assisting in cell module assembly testing packing and following quality and safety standards This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn shop-floor operations and grow in the manufacturing domain Key Responsibilities Assist in lithium-ion battery assembly module packing and testing activities Operate basic production equipment and tools under supervision Follow Standard Operating Procedures SOPs strictly Perform visual and basic quality checks during production stages Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or contamination Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor 5S practices Follow all safety guidelines especially while handling batteries and tools Report defects abnormalities or machine issues to the supervisor immediately Support labeling packing and dispatch-related activities Meet daily production targets assigned by the supervisor Required Qualifications ITI Diploma 10th 12th Any basic technical qualification Freshers are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is an added advantage Skills Competencies Willingness to learn battery manufacturing processes Attention to detail and quality consciousness Ability to follow instructions and safety rules Teamwork and discipline Physically fit for shop-floor work Job Type Full time Pay 12 500 00 - 15 500 00 per month Work Location In person
