Job Title Accounts Executive - Banking Location 401 International Business Center Piplod Surat Company Ethics Groups of Companies Department Finance Accounts Job Summary - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive Banking to manage day-to-day banking and financial transactions The role involves handling bank reconciliations monitoring fund flows processing payments receipts and ensuring compliance with banking procedures and company policies The candidate will also coordinate with banks vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth financial operations Key Responsibilities - Handle daily banking transactions including payments receipts and transfers Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements BRS on a regular basis Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of fund movements Process vendor payments employee reimbursements and ensure timely settlements Coordinate with banks for queries fund transfers and resolving discrepancies Maintain and update daily bank balances and prepare cash fund flow statements Support statutory compliance by ensuring proper documentation of banking transactions Assist in audits by providing required bank-related records Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce 1-3 years of experience in banking-related accounting or finance operations Robust knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Fund Flow and Payment Processes Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software e g Tally SAP or ERP Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 500 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
