Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound inquiries independently related to holiday packages Should have handled operations for Europe Australia New zealand Design and customize vacation packages based on client requirements Provide detailed information on Destinations Itineraries Inclusions and Pricing Coordinate with hotels airlines transport providers and ground operators Prepare quotations itineraries and booking confirmations Ensure timely follow-up with clients to convert leads into bookings Manage end-to-end booking processes including documentation and payments Address customer queries changes and complaints professionally Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems Support group tours and FIT Free Independent Traveler operations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before during and after travel Skills Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Robust customer service orientation Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations Ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors Time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems Languages known - Tamil English Hindi Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 2-5 years of experience in Holiday sales and Travel operations Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
