Mission With expertise in SAP and Oracle ERP systems the Integration Engineer will play a critical role in designing implementing and supporting integration solutions that connect our ERP systems with various manufacturing execution systems MES and other software applications This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency Responsibilities Integration Development Design develop and implement integration solutions between SAP Oracle Cloud ERP systems and various MES and third-party applications Utilize middleware tools such as CPI OIC Data Bricks NET Based Integration services and techniques to facilitate smooth data exchange and communication between disparate systems System Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for integration issues related to SAP and Oracle ERP systems Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and reliability of integrations Collaboration Work closely with global stakeholders including business analysts project managers and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions Foster strong relationships with users in various locations understanding their unique needs and cultural considerations Documentation and Training Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes data flows and system configurations Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on integration functionalities and best practices Project Management Participate in project planning and execution for ERP integration initiatives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements timelines and deliverables Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices related to ERP integration and manufacturing systems Recommend and implement improvements to integration processes to enhance efficiency and scalability Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field Proven experience 5 years in systems integration specifically with SAP and Oracle ERP systems Robust knowledge of middleware tools and integration frameworks CPI OIC Azure Experience supporting and enhancing custom NET and or Python middleware services used for enterprise integrations including APIs data synchronization and event-driven workflows Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems MES and other related software applications Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in a global and multicultural environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed Certifications in SAP Oracle or integration technologies Experience with Agile project management methodologies Multilingual capabilities are a plus
