Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team In this role you will be responsible for managing financial records ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and supporting informed financial decision-making You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data while working in alignment with accounting principles and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Zoho Books Reconcile bank statements credit card accounts and other financial transactions Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with local state and federal accounting regulations Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making Willingness and ability to work during U S business hours 7 30 PM - 4 30 AM IST Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho Excellent English communication skills written and verbal Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Solid organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with other accounting software is a plus Job Type Full time
