Industry Paint Manufacturing Experience Required Experience in Paint Wood Coating Key Responsibilities Perform quality testing of raw materials in-process samples and finished paints wood coatings Conduct tests such as viscosity density shade matching adhesion gloss drying time opacity hardness stability etc Maintain testing records test certificates and daily lab reports Inspect batches during production to ensure quality consistency Identify defects deviations and report non-conformities immediately Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues Ensure all lab instruments are calibrated and functioning properly Maintain lab safety cleanliness and follow all SOPs quality guidelines Assist R D team in sample development if required Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Sc M Sc in Chemistry Paint Technology or related field Hands-on experience in Paint Wood Coating quality testing is mandatory Good understanding of paint properties formulations and standards Knowledge of lab equipment and testing methods Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work in rapid-paced production environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Work Location In person
