Responsibilities -Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites -Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site -Ensure all carpenters plumbers electricians labours etc reach and work at place on site -Maintain material log -Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project -Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site -Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions -Record site observations employee hours health and safety statistics -Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices -Interpreting interior plans and designs -Ensuring project completion as per the timeline Requirements -Bachelor s or Diploma degree in related field -Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture false ceiling partition MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment -Solid leadership qualities -Good communication skills -Ability to handle situation at site Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current and expected salary Experience Site Supervisor 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
