Role Responsibilities As a Pipe Machine Operator Extruder you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery used in the production of plastic pipes Your primary goal is to ensure the consistent quality and efficient output of pipes according to specified standards Key Responsibilities Set up and operate pipe extrusion machines including start-up shutdown and changeovers Monitor the extrusion process parameters temperature pressure speed etc and make necessary adjustments Load raw materials e g PVC HDPE pellets into the extruder and ensure continuous supply Inspect finished pipes for quality control including checking dimensions thickness and surface finish Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery Record production data such as output quantity machine settings and material usage Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Communicate with supervisors and quality control teams regarding any issues or defects Assist in training junior operators or helpers if required Preferred Skills Qualities Understanding of pipe extrusion processes and machinery Ability to read technical drawings or product specifications Basic mechanical knowledge for handling machine issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing workplace Willingness to work in shifts day night For more clarification contact this number- 91 (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Life insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Required Work Location In person
