This is a UK based MNC Job timing will be India time - 1 PM to 10 PM POSITION Sales Support Coordinator We are looking for an experienced and well organized sales support coordinator to provide necessary support to our sales team Experience - Minimum 5 to 7 yrs relevant experience in Sales coordinator work QUALIFICATION Graduate Post Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office Internet Email SAP CRM and other relevant software SKILLS Strong communication skill verbal and written Good Analytical and multi-tasking ability Positive Attitude Ability to adapt new thing quickly Excellent time management skill and ability to prioritize wok Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving ROLLS RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with sales team customer to resolve their queries as per the product information required Providing support to the sales team to put sales orders in company provided software with all relevant details Sending order acknowledgement to the customer Keep the track of sales orders and reporting to concern head Have to track the consignments on regular basis and update the same to sales and customers Check Mail received from sales team and customers Reply to sales team and customer s mail with required details Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently including providing support Need to coordinate with various department to improve customer service Participate in client meetings and presentations required Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Provide general administrative support to develop the business whenever required Should be multi tasker Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
