Job Title- Hr Executive Compliance Job Location- Faridabad Job Summary Responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws statutory regulations company policies and HR standards Manages audits documentation employee records and compliance-related reporting while supporting a legally compliant and safe work setting Key Responsibilities Ensure company compliance with all employment and labor laws Maintain and update statutory registers employee files and HR documentation Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of compliance observations Track and manage statutory returns including PF ESIC Gratuity Minimum Wages and Bonus Act compliance Develop implement and monitor HR policies and compliance procedures Handle labor inspections government notices and support legal consultations Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for employees and management Prepare compliance reports and submit them to management regularly Ensure compliance during employee onboarding exit processes and contractor management Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Proven experience in HR compliance or HR operations preferred Strong knowledge of labor laws statutory requirements and HR rules Excellent documentation reporting and coordination skills Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently manage deadlines and multitask efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
