Job Title Director - Commercial Leasing Location Pune Company Brickfolio Pvt Ltd Job Type Full time Work From Office About Us We re a full-service real estate consultancy firm offering commercial and residential real estate property management and corporate relocation We aim to help you decide on the ideal property based on your requirements The company significantly focuses on commercial and residential real estate including investment and leasing properties We are known as one of the best emerging real estate services providers in Pune with a presence across all major cities in the country including Mumbai Pune Nagpur Delhi Chennai Hyderabad and Bengaluru Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Commercial Leasing to lead our office leasing and corporate real estate vertical The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in commercial real estate corporate leasing market expansion and client acquisition This role demands strong business acumen relationship management and leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth and establish Brickfolio as a preferred partner for enterprises seeking office spaces Key Responsibilities Business Leadership Strategy Develop and execute strategic business plans for commercial leasing vertical across major metro markets Drive P L ownership revenue targets and profitability for the commercial leasing division Identify emerging markets new business opportunities and key accounts in the office space segment Leasing Client Management Lead end-to-end leasing operations from client prospecting site sourcing and space evaluation to negotiation and closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers landlords IPCs International Property Consultants and corporate occupiers Collaborate with enterprise clients CXOs CRE heads CFOs HR heads to understand space requirements and provide tailored solutions Team Management Collaboration Lead mentor and grow a high-performing sales and leasing team Drive performance management pipeline forecasting and sales enablement initiatives Partner with marketing research and product teams to strengthen brand visibility and client engagement Market Research Insights Monitor market trends competitor activities rental movements and upcoming supply across key business districts Prepare strategic reports and presentations for management and clients Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with senior management developers IPCs and government authorities for transaction support and compliance Represent Brickfolio in industry events conferences and real estate forums to enhance brand positioning Desired Candidate Profile Experience 12-18 years in commercial real estate leasing business development or corporate real estate Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing Real Estate Business Management preferred Proven track record of revenue generation and successful closure of large commercial leasing transactions Strong network across corporate clients and developers Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills Exposure to both domestic and international Dubai markets will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
