Project Role Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description Develop custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs Must have skills SAP Monitoring Tools Good to have skills NA Minimum 3 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Application Designer you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights analyzing user needs and translating them into functional specifications You will engage in discussions with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and contribute to the overall design and functionality of applications ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability Roles Responsibilities o Implementing Supporting Change Release management related customization along with Retrofit o Setting up troubleshooting monitoring related scenarios for the supported systems o Guiding stakeholders with consulting experience both in SOLMAN CALM related functionalities o Supporting landscape management transport management related activities o Collaboration co-ordination with stake holders different teams using SOLMAN CALM o Active contribution to development of the knowledge base o Escalation points for all technical issues o Technical cutover Go-live support hyper care and handover o Adhering to timelines and KPIs defined as part of the agreement o Preparing and continuously updating user training documentation how to guides handbooks and other relevant materials to support end user enablement o Resolving and or supporting in solving incidents service requests and problems and technical issues o Technical support in development of Proof of Concepts and Prototyping o Proactive identification and communication of technical issues requiring further investigation and analysis by the respective support teams o Continuous improvement of the system and processes o Execute the functional activities related to SAP Solution manager system SPS upgrade including but not limited to Planning Solman Setup Screening Bug fixes minor enhancements Formal testing change management this would be run in all systems in landscape including sandboxes o Execute screenings dry run tests formal tests on ALM related enhancements and bug fixes o Perform extensive screening detailed testing for SolMan Upgrades yearly Professional Technical Skills Must To Have Skills Proficiency in SAP Monitoring Tools o At least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager Consulting with ChaRM Focused Build Focused Run Cloud ALM exposure is preferable o Hands on experience with SAP Solution manager modules of Project Process management Change Release Management Focused Build Test management Analytics Technical monitoring Business process monitoring Interface monitoring job monitoring Basic system setup activities o Good to have exposure in integration of third-party tools like Jira SNOW with SOLMAN CALM o Experience in working in a regulated environment o Solid interpersonal skills ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks o Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms o Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills o Must be self motivated results-oriented and have a track record of timely high-quality deliverables o Strong written and oral communication skills in English Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Monitoring Tools - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
