Job Summary We are looking for a talented Videographer Video Editor to create high-quality video content that showcases our real estate projects and brand The ideal candidate should have experience in shooting property walkthroughs lifestyle videos client testimonials and promotional campaigns This role requires creativity technical expertise and an eye for storytelling that highlights the value of our commercial and residential projects Key Responsibilities Shoot property walkthroughs project launches site tours lifestyle shots client interviews and event coverage Capture aerial footage using drones where applicable for high-impact property visuals Edit videos into engaging market-ready content for social media websites and marketing campaigns Add voice-overs background music graphics and subtitles for professional output Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan storyboards and video concepts Ensure videos highlight key property features amenities location advantages and lifestyle appeal Manage and maintain video equipment cameras drones gimbals lighting etc Keep up-to-date with video marketing trends in real estate and apply innovative techniques Deliver content within deadlines while maintaining brand quality standards Requirements Proven experience as a Videographer Video Editor preferably in real estate architecture or lifestyle Strong portfolio showcasing property real estate-related work Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Experience in operating cameras drones gimbals and lighting equipment Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail Knowledge of color grading motion graphics and sound design Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Flexibility to travel to project sites for shoots Preferred Qualifications Degree diploma in Film Production Mass Communication Media Studies or related field Experience in creating luxury property commercial or real estate marketing videos Photography skills and knowledge of social media video trends are a plus Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Exposure to premium real estate projects Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced creative team Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Paid time off Experience Video editing 1 year Required Location Gurgaon Haryana Required Work Location In person
