Job Title FA-SAP Company Website www mbinfirmatics com Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations including accounts payable receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements MIS reports and management dashboards Handle budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control and financial planning Lead or support SAP implementation and post-go-live activities Ensure timely monthly quarterly and annual closing of books Maintain compliance with tax regulations statutory audits and internal controls Develop and standardize financial reporting systems and processes Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders Work closely with operations and mining project teams to ensure alignment with financial goals Key Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting or related field CA ICWA MBA preferred Proven experience in SAP implementation preferably FI CO module Exposure to budgeting reporting and financial planning Prior experience in the mining industry is mandatory Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines Work Schedule Working Days Sunday to Thursday Location Gurgaon Sector 48 Hybrid
