JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Pharmacist We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist with at least one year of experience to join our team As a Pharmacist you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to our patients You will work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure safe and effective medication use Responsibilities 1 Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions 2 Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy completeness and appropriateness of therapy 3 Provide consultation to patients regarding proper medication use potential side effects and interactions 4 Counsel patients on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products 5 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes 6 Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles 7 Manage inventory levels and order medications and supplies as needed 8 Perform medication therapy management and monitoring 9 Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements 10 Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Requirements 1 Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution 2 Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice 3 Minimum of one year of experience working as a pharmacist 4 Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals including drug interactions side effects and dosage 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6 Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications 7 Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting 8 Familiarity with pharmacy software systems 9 Commitment to providing high-quality patient care 10 Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications 1 Educational Qualification - D Pharm B Pharm 2 Certification in Pharmacy Practice e g Board Certification 3 Experience with compounding medications 4 Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
