Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for collation and generation of daily reports on events performances and compliances Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Airport Operational Control Center AOCC in Jaipur Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations safety standards and company protocols Coordinate with various airport departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Develop and implement strategies to enhance airport operations and resolve any issues that may arise Lead a team of AOCC staff providing guidance training and support as needed Monitor flight schedules weather conditions and other relevant factors to make real-time operational decisions Prepare reports on AOCC performance incidents and operational metrics for management review Collaborate with external stakeholders such as airlines air traffic control and ground service providers to ensure smooth operations Participate in emergency response drills and oversee crisis management procedures Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and best practices in airport operations Qualifications Experience 10-12 years of experience in the airports industry Demonstrated experience in managing airport operations effectively Proven track record of leadership and decision-making in high-pressure situations Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Aviation Management Airport Operations or a related field Certification Required Valid Airport Operations Skilled AOP certification preferred
