Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients while driving business growth Building a rapport with existing and new clients to ensure that client has high trust factors Client Expectation Management Align and manage client expectations at the right level ensuring the delivery of results that exceed expectations Innovative Concept Development Steer brainstorming sessions conceptualize cutting-edge event strategies and fine tune concepts that can be pitched to clients Design Development Lead the process of bringing creative visions to life by directing the design team with a transparent brief understanding of the concept Pitch Development Delivery Develop a compelling narrative by seamlessly integrating the event concept and designs into a cohesive story Present the event concept to the client clearly showcasing how it aligns with their goals and delivers a memorable experience that adds value to their brand Building of Estimates Production Timelines Working closely with the Partner Relations and Production team in building client estimates and defining production timelines Strategic Event Planning Execution Oversee participate in planning and execution of events ensuring flawless delivery within timelines and quality standards Negotiation Skillfully manage discussions around costs ensuring transparency and minimizing any misunderstandings or surprises all while protecting the profitability of the event Participate in negotiating with clients with the aim to deliver a memorable event within budget constraints fostering trust and long term relationships with clients Adherence to Processes Ensure strict compliance with Partner Management and Finance processes including the timely opening and closing of event job codes client registration submission of projected P L reports managing client advance payments requesting advances from finance and submitting project expenses for closure all in accordance with established timelines Cross-Functional Team Leadership Lead collaboration between creative production and other departments to drive cohesive event execution and team alignment Reporting Strategic Insights Provide senior management with regular performance reports market insights and feedback driving continuous improvement and growth Market Watch Monitor market trends and developments to proactively identify emerging business opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts
