Requirements Graduate Diploma in Stores Management preferred 8 -12 years experience in storekeeping dispatch engineering products preferred Robust knowledge of product specifications ERP systems and MS Excel Proficiency in preparing and analysing MIS reports Excellent coordination skills with high attention to detail and accountability Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records GRNs and dispatch logs Supervise receipt of materials and verify against supplier invoices Issue materials as per approved indents and monitor replacements Manage machinery and spare parts movement with proper tagging and logs Maintain real-time stock data via ERP Excel and generate MIS reports Track minimum stock levels and initiate timely reorders Coordinate with QA Production logistics and transporters for smooth dispatch Conduct physical stock audits and reconciliations Oversee company vehicles for delivery and transfers Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
