We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in both civil construction and interior fit-out projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs preparing accurate estimates handling contracts and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for both civil and interior works Analyze project drawings specifications and requirements to forecast costs and timelines Monitor ongoing projects to ensure costs are within budget and identify potential variations early Evaluate tenders negotiate with vendors subcontractors and issue work orders Track work progress in office and certify contractor vendor bills Prepare and review cost reports cash flow statements and project valuations Liaise with site engineers architects project managers and clients Conduct site measurements and inspections to ensure accuracy in billing and quality of work Handle contract administration change orders and final account settlements Ensure compliance with project specifications statutory regulations and quality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering mandatory Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying for both civil and interior projects Strong understanding of construction techniques interior finishes and market rates Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel MS Project and QS software Excellent numerical analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure Strong communication negotiation and coordination skills Preferred Attributes Prior experience working with both residential and commercial projects Knowledge of relevant codes safety standards and local construction regulations Attention to detail with a proactive approach to cost control and budgeting Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
