Timings US New York Timings 06 30 PM - 04 30 AM Working Days Monday - Friday Location Andheri East Shifting to Lower Parel Visual Citi Your Partner in Bringing Concepts to Life We are full-service signage printing and fabrication company with a 100 000 square ft production facility and over 100 employees Established in 2004 the scalable organisation delivers exceptional value through in-house graphic design expert fabrication and state-of-the-art machinery continuously improving processes and using robotic automation to meet urgent deadlines with a wide range of high-quality visual products and displays Overview As a Design Engineer specializing in SolidWorks Rhino at Visual Citi you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of custom display solutions showroom fixtures POP displays and prototypes You will work closely with sales account executives designers estimators production staff and outside vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to Key Responsibilities Utilizing SolidWorks Rhino to create detailed fabrication drawings for fixtures and displays Developing shop drawings and production drawings that adhere to project specifications and requirements Generating instructional drawings for installations providing clear guidance for assembly and setup Collaborating with the design team to conceptualize and refine display solutions ensuring functionality aesthetics and manufacturability Providing expertise in prototype development iterating designs to achieve optimal performance and cost-effectiveness Generating Bills of Materials for projects ensuring accurate documentation of materials and components required for production Directly interfacing with various stakeholders including sales account executives designers estimators production staff and outside vendors to facilitate project communication and coordination Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance design processes workflows and quality standards Required Skills Qualifications 4 years of experience in retail design or a similar role Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering Industry Design Similar or Equivalent Expert Proficiency in SolidWorks or Rhino Google Sketchup Key Shot CorelDraw Adobe Illustrator and other relevant CAD software Previous experience in design engineering preferably in the field of displays fixtures furniture and or in exhibition booth or related industries Strong understanding of manufacturing processes strong know how of materials and fabrication techniques Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in design documentation Experience in the signage industry and knowledge of architectural scales sections plans and elevations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies Excellent communication in English and time management skills with adaptability to rapid-paced environments and solid ethical conduct We offer a dynamic environment for skill growth and impactful projects If you re passionate about signage and have the technical expertise please send your portfolio and resume to recruitment visualciti com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
