Junior Site Engineer - Job Specification JOB OVERVIEW JOB TITLE Junior Site Engineer - Construction Division JOB NO ID JOB LEVEL Level 3 JOB LOCATION Mumbai Grant Road Tardeo DIVISION DEPARTMENT Engineering Execution Department PERCENTAGE EFFORTS OR MONTHLY HOURS Min 60 hours per week or as per site requirements PREPARED BY HR Department REPORTS TO Sr Site Engineer POSITION DETAILS JOB PURPOSE Project Execution with strong implementation of project at site by achieving the desired work targets under pressure Strong Project co-ordinations executions with accuracies and timely deliveries of the project KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Report all problem areas in advance to the senior site engineers Support all sub-contractors team in terms of execution Maintain client expectations at the sites Ensure that commitment of company should be achieved at the site Co-ordinate with Construction manager project manager for organizing staff at the site including arrangements of labor contractors and staff in case of emergencies DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing Shuttering Formwork checklist and submit the same to the senior engineer Preparing re-enforcement checklist and submit the same to the senior engineer Present at the time of concreting Co-ordination with Plant Machinery team Co-ordination with safety Planning department Maintain all post concrete works Study engineering project drawings Co-ordination with concrete suppliers WORKING CONDITIONS Construction heights Concreting area SUPERVISION RECEIVED Reports to Construction Manager SUPERVISION EXERCISED supervisors foremen sub-contractors staff DIRECT REPORTS List of Documents to follow Daily Progress Report Checklist for re-enforcement Post pour checklist QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 2 to 3 years with BE Civil 4 to 5 years with diploma PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 2 to 3 years with BE Civil 2 to 3 years with diploma MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS BE Civil from recognized university or Diploma in civil Engineering Age Criteria 21 to 24 years PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in AutoCAD is must REQUIRED SKILLS Good written Spoken English Communication Problem Solving skills Relevant skills in construction industry Aluminum Formwork experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Average Physique with good health conditions Should be presentable and well groomed REVIEWED BY NAME TITLE Sagar Shinde DATE APPROVED DATE REVIEWED Job Features Execution Planning Interpersonal skills Quick Problem Solving Other Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025
