Overview The main purpose of this role is to provide Development and Operations Support for the Adobe Esign Digital Imaging platform and ABBYY Flexicapture This role will also be accountable for partnering with the IT Operations manager to provide Delivery and Sustain Support such as project hyper care support transition to Sustain He she will also partner with the IT Operations manager to maintain and reduce Adobe and ABBYY ticket backlog through incident management change management and problem management This position requires excellent communication and hands-on technical capability to deliver quality fixes solutions Responsibilities Provide development and sustain support This includes the following Providing technical configuration development support which includes collaboration configuration and software development as it relates to Adobe eSign and other Digital Imaging Products Develops reports to display sustain metrics detailed work plans schedules and status reports Recommends takes action to direct the analysis of problems Provides visibility to team impediments risks and helps eliminate them Communicates and collaborates broadly with IT stakeholders and business partners related to sustain support Qualifications Overall 9 years of experience in IT and 5 years of experience in ABBYY Flexicapture Strong Knowledge on ABBYY product like Flexicapture Strong Knowledge on Adobe Products like Esignature Acrobat and other Esignature products like DocuSign Strong knowledge to troubleshoot issues Should be able to do break fixes and enhancements on existing ABBYY and Adobe integrations with other products like Ariba ServiceNow etc API Integration with ERP NON ERP application Support UAT testing for projects and sustain in UAT and Pre-Prod environments Support Go-Live and Hyper-care Experience in working with global teams in different time zones across the world Enterprise ERP systems knowledge like SAP is a plus Knowledge in areas of document management and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS Results-oriented Passionate about delivering against tight timelines Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization and collaborate with cross functional teams to successful outcomes Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills Excellent Oral and Written communication Ready to upskill on cross functional and technical skills Flexible and adaptable to time sensitive situations and work in a high-pressure setting
