Job Title Accounts Manager Job Type Full time Working Hours 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Experience Required 2 to 3 Years Qualification Graduate B Com M Com or equivalent in Accounting Finance Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles financial reporting and compliance and should be capable of handling accounts independently Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Ensure timely filing of GST TDS and other statutory returns Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Monitor cash flow budgeting and expense tracking Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for internal and external audits Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance where necessary Liaise with banks vendors and clients regarding financial transactions Ensure timely payroll processing and employee reimbursement handling Qualifications Skills Graduate Postgraduate in Commerce B Com M Com or equivalent Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role Strong knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP or similar Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools Solid understanding of tax regulations GST TDS and statutory compliance Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
