Job Title Bench Sales Recruiter - US Staffing Location Remote Shift Night Shift US Timings Salary Between 10 000 to 15 000 with Unlimited Incentives No Of Position 03 Women candidate preferred The candidate should also be able to communicate effectively with consultants guide them and enroll them for bench sales We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team The recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates H1B OPT CPT H4 EAD L2 EAD Green Card and US Citizens to direct clients Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners in the US market Key Responsibilities Market and place IT consultants bench candidates with clients and vendors Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors clients and partners Understand client vendor requirements and match them with available bench consultants Engage with consultants explain the process and enroll them for bench sales Negotiate rates with vendors and clients Maintain daily weekly reports on submissions and placements Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with vendors clients Track consultant project end dates and proactively market them Requirements 2-3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good knowledge of the US staffing process work authorizations and tax terms W2 C2C 1099 Strong relationship-building and networking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Benefits Flexitime Referral program Work from home Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location Remote
