We are urgently hiring A Candidate who have 5-7 yrs experience in MNC for below mentioned profile - To manage financial accounting project accounting planning project costing Cash flow management budget monitoring with actual expenses and compliance ensuring adherence to company policies regulatory standards and project timelines Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Management Planning Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts for projects Analyse cost variances and prepare financial reports for management review 2 Project Accounting Control Maintain accurate accounting records of all project-related transactions CAPEX OPEX Monitor billing revenue recognition and expense booking as per accounting standards Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial discipline and milestone-based billing Stock reconciliation with project sites 3 Billing Receivables Management Oversee preparation and submission of client invoices RA bills progressive bills Follow up on receivables and resolve disputes related to billing or deductions Coordinate with site teams for timely measurement certification and documentation 4 Statutory Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with GST Income Tax TDS and other applicable laws Assist in internal and external audits and provide required information Maintain proper documentation for tax assessments and audits 5 MIS Reporting Prepare periodic MIS reports - cash flow fund utilization debtors ageing project profitability reports Provide financial insights and support for decision-making and cost optimization 6 Vendor Contract Management Coordinate with procurement and contract teams for vendor payments Monitor subcontractor bills advances and retention payments as per agreement terms Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of project accounting monitoring cost control in EPC infrastructure project sector Familiarity with accounting standards IND-AS GST and TDS Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally Analytical thinking attention to detail and strong reporting skills Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams Qualifications Experience Education CA Intermediate B Com CA Article ship completed with B Com M Com Experience 5-7 years of experience in Project accounting cost monitoring Location - Mahim Mumbai Please apply only immediate joiners or Max 7 days availability Job Type Full time Pay 500 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Work Location In person
