Job Title Frontend Developer Location Hybrid Job Type Full-Time Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer who is proficient in React UI development and JavaScript technologies including jQuery The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC and experience in automation testing using Jest debugging and bug tracking This role will involve close collaboration with product managers and backend developers to deliver seamless API integrations and outstanding user experiences Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance user interface components using React js concepts and workflows such as Redux Flux and Webpack Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Write clean scalable and efficient code supporting both front-end and integration activities Implement automation testing frameworks using Jest to validate UI components and their interactions Engage in all phases of the SDLC from concept to deployment and support applying best practices in coding testing and deployment Debug issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain product quality and minimize downtime Use bug tracking tools to manage and resolve issues ensuring robust documentation and follow-up Work collaboratively with product managers to understand end-user requirements formulate use cases and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions Integrate front-end applications with server-side logic via RESTful APIs Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong emphasis on React and UI development Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery with a solid understanding of asynchronous request handling partial page updates and AJAX Extensive experience with frontend development tools such as Babel Webpack NPM etc Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git Experience in automation testing using Jest or similar testing frameworks Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies Proven ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks Experience with bug tracking tools and processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with other testing frameworks like Mocha or Jasmine Knowledge of React Native for mobile app development is a plus Prior experience working in a collaborative team setting interfacing directly with product managers and backend teams To Apply Please send your resume a cover letter and a portfolio of relevant projects to email address Your portfolio should include examples of front-end development work particularly projects using React jQuery and automated tests you have implemented
