Job Title Security Supervisor Department Security Reports To Security Manager Operations Manager Site Manager Location Baywatch Resort Senarbatim Goa Employment Type Full-time Part time Shift-based Job Summary The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations of assigned locations or premises ensuring the safety and protection of personnel property and assets This role includes managing a team of security personnel monitoring security systems and implementing procedures to prevent incidents and respond to emergencies Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff to ensure effective and efficient security operations Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment Monitor surveillance systems and access control points to detect and respond to security breaches or irregular activities Maintain up-to-date logs reports and incident records Ensure that all security staff follow organizational policies procedures and safety regulations Train and orient new security personnel on site-specific policies and procedures Respond promptly to alarms incidents and emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders as required Investigate security breaches accidents and other incidents prepare reports with findings and recommendations Assist in developing and implementing security policies and protocols Maintain a visible and professional presence on-site to deter criminal activity and reassure staff and visitors Manage shift scheduling attendance and performance of security team members Requirements Proven experience in a security role with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory position Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Sound knowledge of security procedures emergency response and surveillance equipment Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure Physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays Valid security license or certification if required by law or location Preferred Qualifications Military or law enforcement background is a plus Basic computer skills MS Office security software CCTV systems First Aid CPR or other emergency response training Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
