Project Role Application Lead Project Role Description Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Must have skills IFS Solutions Good to have skills NA Minimum 12 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary Senior Technical Lead independently to analyze develop implement customized software included in IFS Enterprise Asset Management EAM services and or other solutions Need to handle more complex development and is also expected to mentor guide less experienced colleagues Able to deliver technical training and use their industry and implementation experience to advise and guide the global customer project team Able to lead and coordinate activities within project teams to secure project deliverables Roles Responsibilities o Translating user stories and requirements into a technical solution o Independently developing new technical solutions o Understanding the customer s business industry and local asset service and maintenance practices and policies o Leading and owning the solution definition and scope for the EAM portion of the IFS Solution o Understanding the customer s business industry and local asset service and maintenance practices and policies o Monitoring and improving the quality of the software by analyzing and solving performance issues and performing code reviews o Lead IFS implementation design ensuring alignment with business requirements o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design according to specification and business need Professional Technical Skills o Expertise in IFS Enterprise Asset Management modules o Having a working experience in IFS implementation configuration and customization o Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle o Understanding the customer s business industry and local asset service and maintenance practices and policies o Experience with developing IFS EAM Configurations Reports Integrations Mobile and Modifications o Experience with Agile development methodologies and common integration platforms relational databases and client-server architecture o Having experience working with IFS EAM Applications successful project implementations and expert in the EAM domain o Ability to estimate and technically review Business Requirements from IFS customers o Need to have a positive communication skill o Need to have a Leadership Skill o Able to manage the team o Need to have a Presentation skill Additional Information oThe candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IFS Solutions oAn academic background with a bachelor s or master s degree in engineering or computer science oA 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
