Position Customer Relationship Manager Location Chennai Experience 0-2 years About the Role One of our client in Chennai is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to a multi-specialty Hospital to enhance patient engagement and strengthen long-term relationships with both individual and corporate clients The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the overall patient experience and supporting the hospital s service excellence initiatives Roles Responsibilities As a Customer Relationship Manager you will Build and maintain strong relationships with patients attendants corporate partners and other key stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries feedback and service-related concerns Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and seamless patient care Follow up on patient leads inquiries and appointments to ensure high service satisfaction Facilitate onboarding for new corporate clients including explaining services and assisting in documentation Work alongside the marketing and business development teams to support service promotions and patient retention initiatives Prepare and maintain client interaction reports and ensure timely resolution of issues Conduct regular visits or follow-ups with corporate clients to understand needs and ensure service alignment Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in client servicing and customer relationship roles preferably in the healthcare or service industry Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proactive empathetic and patient-focused mindset Qualifications Eligibility Master s degree in Hospital Management Business Administration Marketing or related field Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for patient care are also encouraged to apply Salary Package 2 16- 2 4 LPA with performance based incentives and bonuses Job Type Full-time Pay 216 000 00 - 240 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Are you currently working What is your Current CTC Work Location In person
