About the Role We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a welcoming personality and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for clients visitors and team members Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously Manage front desk activities including receiving couriers handling incoming outgoing mail and maintaining visitor logs Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings and conference rooms Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management Ensure reception area is clean organized and presentable at all times Provide general support to staff and management as required Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department Requirements Proven work experience as a receptionist front office representative or similar role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook and basic computer skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach High school diploma required Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 991 06 - 20 011 45 per month Perks Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
