What are we looking for:
• Required: 5+ years delivering professional services projects in cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, or digital transformation
• Deep AWS experience — you have delivered migrations, data lakes, Bedrock/ML workloads, or AWS-native architectures
• Strong project management fundamentals: Agile/Scrum, risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Experience managing distributed or nearshore engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage project profitability — not just delivery timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders
• Committed availability during full US Eastern Time business hours — this is non-negotiable regardless of base location
• Prior experience in a consulting firm, AWS partner, or systems integrator is strongly preferred
• Ability to spot and develop upsell opportunities naturally within ongoing engagements

NICE TO HAVE
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect,



Cloud Practitioner, or specialty certs)
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Secure certification
• Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, or conversational AI platforms
• Prior experience at an AWS ProServe partner or as an AWS ProServe consultant
• Familiarity with healthcare, financial services, insurance, or energy verticals
