- Support daily operations for the Duty Manager role at Taj Safaris while maintaining luxury hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments, participate in shift briefings, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Deliver personalized guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns professionally, and promoting resort facilities, wildlife activities, and additional services.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, hygiene,



and operational readiness of work areas, equipment, and supplies in accordance with statutory and Taj Safaris standards.
- Assist supervisors and managers in implementing process improvements, training team members, monitoring inventories, and achieving departmental performance goals.
- Comply with organizational procedures, environmental sustainability initiatives, emergency protocols, and contribute positively toward team engagement and guest loyalty.
