About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Campus Recruiter to drive our campus hiring initiatives and support large-scale talent acquisition requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end campus recruitment activities. Experience in BPO/Contact Center hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, faculty members, and student bodies.
- Plan and execute campus drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for entry-level and graduate hiring programs.
- Manage large applicant volumes and ensure timely hiring against business targets.
- Conduct pre-placement talks, employer branding activities, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports and dashboards.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Campus Recruitment and Bulk Hiring.
- Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment drives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center hiring.
- Experience managing hiring events across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
- Existing network with colleges and placement cells will be an added advantage.
