Experience: Minimum 1+ Year as Team Lead

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Key Requirements:

Team handling experience in an International BPO environment
BFSI domain preferred
Solid experience in AML, Fraud, and KYC processes
Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs & team performance management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence
Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.

Preferred Profile: Immediate joiners or short notice candidates
Exposure to international banking/financial services processes
Strong analytical and reporting skills
