Designation: APM/ Project Manager

Own end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects across sites. You will drive timelines, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with design intent, budget, and timelines.

Job Description-

- Manage day-to-day on-site execution of interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate with designers, General Contractors (GCs), vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure execution aligns with design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards
- Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery
- Track project timelines, costs, and progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Identify and onboard appropriate General Contractors (GCs) for project execution
- Evaluate multiple quotations, define scope of work, and negotiate commercial terms
- Manage vendor relationships, address concerns, and ensure smooth coordination
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, furniture, tools, and resources
- Collaborate with logistics teams to track and manage deliveries from production to site
- Monitor site progress, proactively identify risks, and drive issue resolution
- Handle escalations as per the defined escalation matrix
- Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, BOQs, and progress reports
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks,



and key milestones
- Conduct site meetings, client reviews, and lead daily/weekly scrums
- Provide guidance and direction to on-site teams and workers to ensure smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
