Roles and Responsibilities:

- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, resource plans and status reports in co-ordination with SI Staff project
- Present project status to stakeholders, implement project de-risking measure
- Lead end to end delivery of ERP implementation project
- Manage project deliverables, identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans etc
- Manage the communication with the program stakeholders (customer, product vendor and system integrators) on program status, change management etc.
- Oversee and assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP project deployment including (but not limited to): business process configuration, documenting As-Is and To-Be flows, define business rules, configure user Interface, integrate external systems (when required), manage training
- Drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion through robust program management techniques
- Manage and Handle IT and ITGC Audit
- Coordinate with IT System Implementing vendor and Manage deliverables




- Manage Internal stakeholder around the system recent enhancements and solutions
