Job Description Quantity Estimator (Highway & Bridges)

Department: Estimation / Quantity Surveying
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quantity Estimator with experience in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects. The candidate should be proficient in reviewing drawings, rate analysis, tender estimation, and coordinating with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from construction drawings.
- Perform cost estimation and rate analysis.
- Review civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Assist in tendering and bid preparation.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams.
- Monitor quantity variations and maintain estimation records.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8-15 years of experience in quantity estimation.
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings and estimation techniques.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience: Highway, Bridges Infrastructures, or Government Construction Projects of Highways/ Bridges

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
